Patricia J. Seaiby

Patricia J. Seaiby has been with SADER & Associates from its inception, having joined in 2003, as a specialist in IP litigation, criminal law and general practice.
Currently Seaiby heads the litigation department as well as the criminal law department in the firm. Her past experiences include working as a senior Legal researcher at SADER Legal Research center, where Seaiby gained a deep understanding of the law which strengthened her legal skills, and allowed her to gain a wide knowledge when it comes to writing and providing clients with effective legal advice.
Seaiby coordinates with a team of attorneys to represent the firm’s clients in the Court of First Instance, the Court of Appeals and the Lebanese Supreme Court in civil and criminal cases. She has been setting the litigation strategies for the firm's clients.

Seaiby has also a wide experience in Administrative and Commercial law where she supervises a roster of diverse cases for the firm’s international clients.

In this capacity, Seaiby stays informed of the latest findings and decisions related to her areas of practice by attending numerous legal seminars and participating in extensive research projects.
As partner in the firm, Seaiby also performs daily management routines, whereas she attended a specialized training in the management of law Firms at the Beirut Bar Association in 2011.

Seaiby received her Bachelor in Law from Sagesse University, Lebanon, in 1995 and became a member of the Beirut Bar Association in 1997.
Seaiby also received a letter of distinction from the Beirut Bar Association, in 2001, for her successful work in numerous pro bono cases.
