FRANCOIS BOU NAHED
Francois Bou Nahed joined SADER & ASSOCIATES in 2016 as a paralegal and freelance researcher with special emphasis on Intellectual Property Law. He conducted extensive research on intellectual property matters and supported the IP department in its Anti-counterfeit and brand enforcement practices.
Prior to joining SADER & ASSOCIATES, Francois gained experience by participating in several trainings, seminars and educational programs in Lebanon and abroad. He participated in a seminar on “Lawyers, Contracts and Negotiation” and attended International Nuremberg Principles Academy (Nuremberg – Germany) exploring various topics in international criminal law and transitional justice.
Francois has as well participated in an inter-university course on International Criminal Law and Procedure organized by all the Lebanese Faculties of Law in cooperation with the Special Tribunal for Lebanon and the TMC Asser institute (Den Hague – Netherlands).
