Patricia J. Seaiby has been with SADER & Associates from its inception, having joined in 2003, as a specialist in IP litigation, criminal law and general practice
Currently Patricia heads the Litigation Department as well as the Criminal Law Department in the firm. Her past experiences include working as a Senior Legal Researcher at SADER Legal Research Center, where she gained a deep understanding of the law which strengthened her legal skills, and allowed her to gain a wide knowledge when it comes to writing and providing clients with effective Legal Advice. She coordinates with a team of attorneys and trainees of law to represent the firm's clients before the Courts and has been setting the Litigation strategies for the firm's clients. She performs daily management routines
Patricia has also a wide experience in Administrative and Commercial law where she supervises a roster of diverse cases for the firm's international clients and gives Legal Advices to several Lebanese municipalities on different administrative and civil matters.
Recently, Patricia became a Legal Mediator after her participation at the Expert Training on Professional Ethics & Disciplinary Proceedings for Defence at the International Criminal Tribunals organized for lawyers specialized in Criminal Law, Human Rights and International Law. She received a Mediation certificate from the Beirut Bar Association, in partnership with the Special Tribunal of Lebanon. She received a letter of distinction as well, from the Beirut Bar Association, in 2001, for her successful work in numerous Pro Bono cases.
Besides, Patricia has participated as researcher and co-author in many Legal publishing projects such as: The Legal Opinions of the Legislative and Consultation Body of the Lebanese Ministry of Justice - in Arabic:

  1. The Lebanese Law Compendium - in Arabic; the SADER Annotated Codes: Criminal Code - in Arabic
  2. SADER Case Decision Series: Crimes Against Public Morals - in Arabic
  3. SADER Annotated Codes Series-Criminal Laws and SADER on crimes Against Public Moralities
